# FiftyOne Deprecation Notices #### NOTE Deprecation notices below are ordered in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top). ## Python 3.9 *Support ending June 1, 2026* [Python 3.9](https://devguide.python.org/versions/) transitioned to `end-of-life` effective October of 2025. FiftyOne releases after June 1, 2026 might no longer be compatible with Python 3.9. ## MongoDB 6.0 *Support ending December 1, 2025* [MongoDB 6.0](https://www.mongodb.com/legal/support-policy/lifecycles) transitioned to `end-of-life` effective July of 2025. FiftyOne releases after December 1, 2025 might no longer be compatible with MongoDB 6.0 and older. ## Kubernetes 1.30 *Support ended July 11, 2025* [Kubernetes 1.30](https://kubernetes.io/releases/) transitioned to `end-of-life` effective June of 2025. FiftyOne Enterprise releases after July 11, 2025 might no longer be compatible with Kubernetes 1.30 and older. ## MongoDB 5.0 *Support ended July 1, 2025* [MongoDB 5.0](https://www.mongodb.com/legal/support-policy/lifecycles) transitioned to `end-of-life` effective October of 2024. FiftyOne releases after July 1, 2025 might no longer be compatible with MongoDB 5.0 and older. ## Kubernetes 1.29 *Support ended June 1, 2025* [Kubernetes 1.29](https://kubernetes.io/releases/) transitioned to `end-of-life` effective February of 2025. FiftyOne releases after March 1, 2025 might no longer be compatible with MongoDB 4.4 and older. ## Kubernetes 1.27 *Support ended November 1, 2024* [Kubernetes 1.27](https://kubernetes.io/releases/) transitioned to `end-of-life` effective July of 2024. FiftyOne releases after September 30, 2024 will no longer support Python 3.8. ## FiftyOne Desktop *Support ended with FiftyOne 0.25.0* A compatible [fiftyone-desktop](https://pypi.org/project/fiftyone-desktop) package is no longer available as of `fiftyone==0.25.0`. Chromium-based browsers, Firefox, or a [notebook](installation/environments.md#notebooks) environment are recommended for the best FiftyOne experience.
